Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, Sentivo Consultancy stores your name, email address, optional company name and message to review your request and respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential employer material.

QHSE Maturity Index

Company name, industry, employee count, country and role are optional. To unlock the full report, you provide an email address and agree to storage of your email, company details and score summary. Your 30 answers are sent to calculate and validate the summary, but individual answers are not retained in the database. The report opens in your browser and can be printed or saved as PDF; automatic report emailing is not connected. These report contacts are stored separately from the Monthly Safety Brief mailing list.

Marketing consent is a separate, optional, unticked checkbox. Only contacts who opt in may be exported from the assessment list for Sentivo QHSE tips, training updates and service offers. We record the consent wording, time and withdrawal status. Email ownership is not verified by this form. You can withdraw consent or request deletion by emailing info@sentivoconsultancy.com. Refusing marketing does not prevent access to your report.

Shehroz website guide

Shehroz uses prepared answers and published website information. Chat messages are processed in your browser and are not sent to or stored by Sentivo. They remain in page memory until you refresh, leave the page, or choose Start again. Contacting the team through an enquiry form, email or WhatsApp is a separate action.

Monthly Safety Brief

If you choose to join the mailing list, we store your email address, signup date and the consent you gave. We use this list for the Monthly Safety Brief. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@sentivoconsultancy.com.

Sentivo Academy

Academy uses learner accounts, assignments, saved progress and assessment records. See the Academy privacy notice for its data handling and company access arrangements.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the admin inbox is restricted to the site owner. Hosting and infrastructure providers process the data needed to operate the website. The owner can export subscribed contacts for newsletter delivery. We retain information while it is needed for the enquiry or subscription, and review removal requests sent to our contact email.

Technical information

The hosting platform may process request logs and security cookies. To limit automated submissions, the website temporarily stores a hash derived from the request IP address and the current hour, together with a submission count. The forms do not add you to a newsletter unless you select its separate consent checkbox. Assessment report requests are limited separately, and retries reuse the same submission reference to avoid duplicate records.

Website analytics

We count page views, broad traffic sources, and Safety Challenge starts, completions and share-button clicks. Analytics uses no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and does not store names, raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or query strings. Daily totals are retained for up to 90 days, with older totals removed when new activity arrives. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. A temporary hourly IP-derived hash limits automated analytics submissions, using the same protection described above. These totals do not identify unique visitors.

Your requests

Contact info@sentivoconsultancy.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw newsletter consent.
