Learning privacy
What is recorded
Sentivo Academy stores your registered name, email, company and role; assigned courses and due dates; lessons you mark complete; and assessment answers, scores and submission times. Your authenticated account identifier is recorded with assessment attempts.
Who can access it
You can view your assigned learning and assessment results. Your designated company managers can view company learner records and export progress and results. Sentivo administrators manage company access and courses. Other companies cannot access your learning records through the Academy.
Purpose and requests
Records support company training administration and learning evaluation. Academy enrolment does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact info@sentivoconsultancy.com for access corrections, retention arrangements or deletion requests. Retention requirements should be agreed with your company before enrolling its workforce.
Sign-in and course media
Learners and company managers sign in using their registered email and their own password. Passwords are stored as salted, slow cryptographic hashes. Login uses an essential secure session cookie which expires after 12 hours. One-time setup/reset links expire after 24 hours. Resetting a password invalidates existing sessions. Sentivo owner administration uses a separate identity-provider sign-in. Linked or embedded course videos may be hosted by external providers and are subject to their access and privacy arrangements.
